Once we move into our 40s and beyond, our bodies start to change.

Muscle mass naturally declines.
Bone density drops.

These sessions are in the gorgeous private micro gym - The Forge, ideal for anyone who’d like to avoid a traditional gym and people around.

Just thought I’d jump in and say hello 🙌 I should really be more active on here but life seems to be rather hectic at the moment 🤣

I really hope everyone is doing okay and remember if you ever need me for some workout inspo, nutrition advice or anything else just message me and I will get back to you.

One more month and I’ll be back in a very limited regime.

I think at the moment my availability is Wednesday 9AM in Kirkby Lonsdale and possibly Friday 6PM in Holme ☺️ or I can be flexible at other times but there would be a tiny little person present too 💗

I’ll make another post about this but if you’d like to book a regular slot starting in September please do message me 🙌

Gentle exercise class for anyone who’s expecting a baby 🤰

We usually start with some gentle exercises, move onto stretches/yoga followed by a short relaxation and we finish everything with a much needed chit chat 🥰

I know coming into classes might feel a bit intimidating but I can promise we’re a really friendly bunch with the same goal - being strong and flexible for a healthy labour!
