What to wear? Silks: leggings/joggers and a fully armpit covering tshirt - no buckles, zips or metal/embellishments. Hoop: anything goes! Sports bra and shorts, or jumper and joggers! Whatever you feel comfortable in!

💫 Saturdays are where it’s at for aerial silks and hoop at Bexpoles Studio!
Come join us for our taster day this Saturday 12th September, before aerial classes officially start on Saturday 19th September - try for FREE before you book your classes.

FREE taster morning slots:
Silks: 10am & 10:30am
Hoop: 11:15am & 11:45am

⚠️You can try both silks and hoop! Just please don’t book onto more than one of each.

Moving forwards, the timetable on a Saturday from the 19th will be:
Pilates: 9am
Silks: 10am
Hoop: 11:15am

💁‍♀️Who is teaching? Niki Deloretta Aerial
📍Where? Bexpoles Studio, Unit 11E, Keer Park, Warton Road, Carnforth, LA5 9FG (through the centre of Carnforth, pass the train station on your left and the CO-OP on your right and head towards Warton, after the railway bridge turn right into Keer Park business park, and find unit 11) plenty of parking - just don’t block our neighbours premises - especially their roller shutters 🚗 park in our spaces outside the door or shutter, park round the side of the building past the studio, or tuck in neatly along the railway line, or if you have a minute to space park outside the next building along which has tonnes of spaces 🚙
💪 What level? Beginner friendly - no experience, or level of fitness needed! Brand new to the studio? GREAT! we can’t wait to meet you! 🤗
👚What to wear? Layers for hoop - wear what you feel comfortable in (workout wear wise), and fully covered clothing for silks (e.g. leggings and a tshirt or a long sleeve T-shirt - armpits and and behind the knees must be covered for safety, hygiene, and to avoid friction burns, with no buckles, embellishments or zips that could pull the fabric for silks.

Booking is essential, please arrive 5 minutes before the taster session to ensure a quick change over, as the trial classes are back to back time-wise. No jewellery, and please bring a drink. Oh, and tell your friends!! Let’s share this far and wide! It’s a brilliant form of fitness, a great art form and such a cool hobby! Also if you already do pole then this compliments it so well to cross train at the studio!

✨Pole crèche is back!!!
We had the best session this afternoon building friendships, strength and confidence - all with babies in tow!
Book on for next week on Groovio, our booking system.

✨11:45am-12:45pm beginner level (no experience needed!)
🍼🧼12:45pm 15 minute changeover time for nappy changing, feeding, & obviously cuddles and tummy tickles for those who want 🤗
✨1pm improver level (for those with previous pole experience)

Breastfeeding friendly, lots of age appropriate toys, huge soft play mat, plenty of breaks, work at the pace the kiddos allow, your child doesn’t have to be “well behaved” let them get some energy out!

Anyone who brings a friend / introduces a friend to the studio can join in with them at complete beginner level for FREE to pole share with them, (this will remove any anxiety for their first class) AND you get £5 off your next class at your own current level, AND the friend gets £5 off their first class too - both using discount code REFERAFRIEND for the £5 off part. (I have to manually book you on for free to join the new student in the complete beginner class, so send me a message)..

The beauty is, you can do this as many times as you like! In fact if you bring two students to the studio I’ll give you a free class! Word of mouth is the best way to grow, let’s start telling our friends, relatives, neighbours, co-workers - anyone who will listen! I want to build our community from the ground up, let’s do this! 💪🤩

Current complete beginner sessions are Thursday 6:20pm, but I’m going to add a brand new complete beginner slot on a Tuesday 8:40pm for those who need a later session (put the kids to bed then have some you-time!), and I’ll run a daytime session for those who need respite while the kids are at school or just on your day off. Also I can run one Friday evening if that option is better? Comment below to help us shape the timetable for the better, and your wish will be my command like a magical pole genie or your fairy pole mother 💕🤩
