Clean pulls are a new edition to our current training programme. Here is a video of a few of our members working on the clean pull.

The clean pull is a great exercise for training the extension and positioning for the clean. It is a great exercises in general for building strength, speed and power, and is something you should consider adding to your training, especially if you are an athlete looking to improve on performance.
