Adult riding holidays Caeiago Riding Centre (est. 1968) is a family run business specialising in adult horse riding holidays.

Situated in Wales, Caeiago Riding Centre provides the ultimate in horse riding holidays with a fantastic reputation for year on year excellence with many of our customers returning time and again. Over the last 40 years, it has established itself as one of the most popular horse riding holiday centres in Wales UK. It is located on the edge of the beautiful Cambrian Mountains in the heart of rural

Wales, ensuring spectacular riding country and varied wildlife. Old Roman roads and ancient drovers tracks take us past clear mountain streams as they bubble down wild unspoiled hills into shady valleys. We have a wide range of forward going and well cared for Welsh cobs and horses to suit all abilities. However, as you will be riding for four to five hours per day, we ask everyone to have mastered the basic riding skills (walk, trot and a little canter) prior to arrival as we feel this will make their holiday all the more enjoyable and a lot less painful! Fun and relaxation are the main aims. If you want to stay in bed until breakfast time and saunter out just in time for the ride at 10.30am, your horse will have been brought in, brushed and tacked up ready for you. You are also very welcome to get up a bit earlier and prepare him/her for the ride. You will be supervised at all times, so it is an excellent opportunity to gain confidence if you are new to it. We are open all year round and unlike many other establishments, our prices remain the same throughout the year.

We would like to thank everybody for their kind words and messages regarding our closure which believe me have really been appreciated.....
We would also like to thank all the local farmers, businesses and landowners who have supported us throughout as without them it would have been impossible for Caeiago to have operated so successfully for so long.

We are heartbroken to have to announce that Caeiago is having to close its doors on the riding holidays after many happy years of being in business.😥
This is mainly due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic and the length of time that we have been unable to open; however there were also a few other contributory factors; the combination of which prompted us to make this devastating decision.
We knew that nothing ever lasts forever but we never wanted it to end like this and believe me if there had been any alternative route we would have taken it.....
We would like to take this opportunity to thank EVERYBODY and we really do mean EVERYBODY for their support and contribution to the business over the years which have enabled us to trade for so long and we now have to focus on getting our new venture up and running as soon as possible hoping that it will keep Caeiago trading under a different heading for many years to come.🤞

Very sadly we are not going to be able to reopen at the end of March as planned.
We have now decided to leave it until July when hopefully most, if not all restrictions will have been lifted and we can operate without too many extra rules and regulations to contend with. 🤞
