This message made me smile so much. Because this is exactly it. 🤍
We live in a world that constantly tells us we need something new, something extreme, something that promises results in 21 days. And it can feel almost boring to be doing the same consistent things week after week without any drama attached to them.
But boring is working. Boring is the point.
Habits. Routine. Simple, sustainable choices made consistently over time. That is what changes how you feel in your body…not the fad, not the 6 week shred, not the diet that cuts out entire food groups.
And here’s my honest take on fad diets: if you can’t sustain the results, I’d argue they didn’t actually work. A diet that gets you somewhere you can’t stay isn’t a solution. It’s just a detour.
What my client has built is something she can maintain through the busy weeks, the social occasions, the phases of life where everything feels like a lot. That is the goal. That is always the goal😊
