Sometimes the real luxury isn't what you can buy.

It's what you can choose.

I talk a lot about wanting more money here.

And I don't think we need to pretend that money is everything.

It isn't.

Money doesn't guarantee happiness.

It doesn't prevent grief.

It doesn't make relationships perfect.

It doesn't magically fix your life.

But do you know what money CAN give you?

Options.

Maybe more money means you can finally leave the job you've been desperate to get out of.

Maybe it means working four days instead of five.

Maybe it's buying the house.

Maybe it's having savings behind you so one unexpected expense doesn't terrify you.

Maybe it's getting some help instead of having to do absolutely everything yourself.

Maybe it's starting the business.

Investing in something you really want to create.

Travelling.

Taking your family away.

Helping your children.

Paying for something that makes your life easier.

Buying something completely unnecessary simply because it brings you joy.

Saying yes to an opportunity.

Or having enough financial security to say:

“Actually... no.”

And THAT is one of the reasons I think women are allowed to unapologetically want more money.

Not because having the biggest number in your bank account makes you more successful, more worthy or more important.

But because money can affect the choices available to you.

And if what you really want is:

More freedom.

More security.

More experiences.

More independence.

More control over your time.

More ability to choose what happens next...

then yes.

More money may be part of the life you're trying to create.

And you're allowed to want that.

If you want more financial options but every time you think about creating more money you notice the same fear, guilt, doubt or old patterns appearing, DM me OPTIONS.

That's where the work I do comes in.

We can explore what's underneath those patterns and work on them together in a 1:1 session. 💚

I've got a money experiment for you — and you only need £10.

Take £10 that you would ordinarily spend this week...

and don't.

Keep it.

That's literally the experiment. 😂

Don't invest it.

Don't try to double it.

Don't move it around seventeen different bank accounts trying to optimise it.

And definitely don't sit staring at it trying to manifest another £10.

Just...

let it stay.

Because here's what I'm actually interested in.

What happens in your head when you think about keeping £10?

Do you immediately think:

“It's only a tenner.”

“That's hardly saving.”

“What's the point?”

THAT'S what I want you to notice.

Because if you're trying to create a different relationship with money but every small piece of progress gets dismissed because it isn't big enough...

you're not letting your progress count.

So when your brain says:

“It's only £10.”

answer:

“Yes. And I'm practising keeping money.”

We're not pretending £10 is going to transform your finances.

It isn't.

We're practising a behaviour.

Money came in.

You didn't spend all of it.

Some stayed.

At the end of the week, you have a tiny piece of real evidence:

“I kept £10.”

And whatever you do, don't immediately follow that with:

“BUT...”

😂

Let the evidence count.

Then perhaps you do it again.

And eventually the question isn't:

“Can I magically become somebody who's brilliant with money?”

It's:

“What small financial behaviours can I practise consistently?”

Because making more money matters.

But becoming more comfortable actually HAVING and KEEPING some of what you make matters too.

So — who's doing THE £10 MONEY EXPERIMENT with me?

Comment I'M IN and come back at the end of the week and tell me whether your £10 is still there. 👀

And if this brings up something deeper — you make money but struggle to keep it, having savings makes you uncomfortable, or money always seems to disappear — DM me KEEP.

We can explore your individual patterns around money and work on them together in a 1:1 session. 💚

Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.

How often do you automatically say “I can't afford it” before you've actually asked what would need to change?

And let me make something VERY clear before we continue. 😂

Sometimes:

“I can't afford that.”

is an accurate and financially sensible answer.

I'm not suggesting you book a £3,000 holiday you can't pay for and tell Mastercard you're working on your abundance mindset.

Absolutely not. 😂

I'm talking about the automatic response:

“I can't afford it.”

End of conversation.

Instead, try asking:

“What would need to happen for me to afford it?”

Let's say you want that £3,000 holiday.

What would need to happen?

Could you save £250 a month for a year?

Could you increase your income?

Could you create an additional offer in your business?

Could you sell something?

Could you move the trip back six months?

Could you choose a different version?

Could you find another way of creating the money?

And after asking all those questions, you may STILL decide:

“No. It's not affordable right now.”

Fine.

But notice what's happened.

You haven't automatically turned something you want into:

“That's not for people like me.”

You've looked at your options.

And this is where I think our conversations around money need to include something else.

We spend a LOT of time talking about cutting back.

Spend less.

Cancel this.

Stop buying that.

Budget harder.

And yes, managing what you've got matters.

But there's a limit to how much you can cut.

At some point, another question becomes available:

How could I create more money?

Could you earn more?

Ask for more?

Change jobs?

Create something?

Get another client?

Learn something?

Take an opportunity you'd previously dismissed?

That's the part that interests me.

Not pretending money limitations don't exist.

But also not automatically treating your current financial situation as the permanent boundary of what's available to you.

“I can't afford it” ends the conversation.

“What would need to happen for me to afford it?” opens one.

And if you realise your automatic response to the things you really want is always “That's too expensive / I can't / that's not fo

26/08/2026

“I really thought I'd be further along by now.”
God, that thought can hurt.

You thought you'd be earning more by now.
You thought you'd own the house.
You thought you'd have savings.
You thought the business would be further along.
You thought you'd have the career sorted.
You thought you'd feel more secure.
You thought that by this point in your life you'd finally feel like:
“Yes. I've bloody got somewhere.”

And then you look around.
Someone else is buying the house.
Someone else is earning the money.
Someone else's business is flying.
Someone else seems to have figured out the thing you're still trying to figure out.

And suddenly you're not only unhappy with where you are.
You're thinking:
“Have I left it too late?”
No.

Where you are today is where you are today.

It isn't evidence that this is where you're required to stay.
And I'm not going to give you some fluffy:
✨ “You're exactly where you're meant to be.” ✨

Maybe you DON'T want to be where you are.
You're allowed to admit that.
You're allowed to look at your life and say:
“Actually, I want something different.”

More money.
A different career.
A successful business.
The house.
More freedom.
More experiences.
More security.
Whatever different means to you.

The important thing is not turning:
“I haven't got there yet”
into:
“So I never will.”

Those are two completely different statements.
You haven't missed your chance to make a different decision.
To change a pattern.
To learn.
To ask.
To try.
To earn more.
To create something.
To start again.
And you definitely haven't missed your chance to want more for yourself.

If you know you want a different life but part of you keeps whispering “You've left it too late now”, DM me LATE.
Let's talk about what's keeping you stuck and whether working together 1:1 could help you start moving towards something different. 💚

Stop trying to change your entire bloody life by Monday.

You know the feeling.

You've had enough.

THIS TIME you're changing everything.

You're going to:

Save loads of money.

Sort your finances.

Exercise five times a week.

Post every day.

Get more clients.

Eat perfectly.

Get up earlier.

Meditate.

Journal.

Drink enough water to keep a small village hydrated.

😂

And for three days, you're ON IT.

Then life happens.

You miss something.

The enormous plan starts feeling exhausting.

And eventually you stop.

Then comes the bit I'm really interested in:

“See? I knew it. I never stick to anything.”

Now the plan that was supposed to create the new you has become more evidence for the OLD story.

So let's do something different.

Make it smaller.

Want to save £1,000?

Start by saving £10.

Want more clients?

Follow up with one person.

Want to feel more in control of your money?

Look at your bank account instead of avoiding it.

Want to move your business forward?

Do ONE thing today that could create an opportunity.

The £10 isn't going to transform your financial life.

The one email isn't going to build your entire business.

That's not the point.

The point is:

I said I'd do something.

And I did it.

That's evidence.

Then we do it again.

And again.

And gradually we're no longer relying on:

“I'm going to be completely different from now on.”

We're actually practising different behaviour.

This is why I keep talking about getting your subconscious mind on board.

Not through enormous declarations you don't believe.

Through believable thoughts, small actions and real evidence.

Ten tiny things you actually do are more useful than one enormous life-changing plan you never start.

And if you're thinking:

“I know exactly what I need to do, so WHY can't I make myself do it?”

DM me SMALL.

That's the kind of pattern we can get curious about and work on together in a 1:1 session. 💚

Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.

24/08/2026

Having a s**t day isn't cancelling your manifestation.

I really want to talk about this because I think some manifestation advice can leave people frightened of their own bloody thoughts.

You've had a crap day.

You're anxious.

You've cried.

You're pi**ed off.

You're worried about money.

You've looked at your bank account and thought:

“How is this ever going to change?”

And then comes the SECOND worry:

“Sh*t. I shouldn't be thinking like this. I'm going to attract more of it.”

Now you're anxious about being anxious.

Brilliant. 😂

You do NOT need to feel good every minute of every day to create a good life.

You're a human being.

Sometimes you're going to worry.

Sometimes you're going to doubt yourself.

Sometimes you're going to feel angry, jealous, frustrated, scared or completely fed up.

And I'd much rather you acknowledge:

“I'm really frightened about money today.”

than slap:

“MONEY FLOWS TO ME EFFORTLESSLY ✨”

over the top while everything inside you is screaming the opposite.

Because once we acknowledge what's actually there, we can work with it.

Maybe you need to regulate the emotion.

Maybe you tap.

Maybe you need to look at your finances.

Maybe there's an action you've been avoiding.

Maybe you need support.

Maybe you simply need to stop judging yourself for having a difficult day.

This is the distinction I want you to remember:

You can feel worried about money today AND still improve your financial situation.

A difficult emotion isn't a prediction.

A fearful thought isn't an instruction to the universe.

And one bad day doesn't determine what happens next.

You don't need to feel good all the time to create a good life.

If you're exhausted from trying to think positively because you're secretly frightened that acknowledging how you really feel will make things worse, DM me REAL.

That's exactly the kind of thing we can work with together in a 1:1 session—starting with what's genuinely there rather than what you think you're supposed to feel. 💚

Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.

You are not required to stay who you've always been.
I think sometimes we forget that.
Particularly when we've been repeating the same patterns for years.

Maybe you've become:
“The one who's always broke.”
“The one who's terrible with money.”
“The one who never follows through.”
“The one who isn't confident enough.”
“The one who doesn't take risks.”
“The one who always plays small.”
And after enough years, it stops feeling like something you DO.

It starts feeling like who you ARE.
But there's something I really want you to take away from everything we've talked about this week:
Your patterns are not your identity.
You don't have to pretend the past didn't happen.
You don't need to wake up tomorrow and declare yourself a wealthy, fearless, completely transformed woman. 😂
And you don't need to force yourself to believe something that currently feels impossible.

We start much closer than that.
A belief can be questioned.
A reaction can be noticed.
A different decision can be made.
A new behaviour can be practised.
A small promise can be kept.
A win can be allowed to count.

And each time you do that, you create another piece of evidence that says:
Maybe I'm not as stuck as I thought I was.
That's what getting your subconscious mind on board looks like to me.

Not becoming somebody else overnight.
But gradually stopping the reinforcement of an old version of yourself while creating evidence for the woman you're becoming.
And yes, that absolutely applies to money.
Your current income isn't your identity.
Your past financial decisions aren't your identity.
The amount you've saved isn't your identity.
The opportunities you've missed aren't your identity.
Where you are financially today does not have to be where you stay.

If you're tired of understanding what you want intellectually but still finding yourself repeating the same patterns, DM me CHANGE.

That's exactly the kind of deeper work we can explore together in a 1:1 session. 💚

Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.

I have an experiment for you.

For the next 24 hours, listen to the way you describe yourself.

Particularly these two:

“I'm just...”

and:

“I always...”

You might be surprised by what comes next.

“I'm just terrible with money.”

“I'm just not confident.”

“I'm just not a business person.”

“I always overspend.”

“I always mess things up.”

“I always sabotage myself.”

“I always struggle financially.”

And when you catch yourself, I don't want you to judge it.

I want you to ask one question:

Is that actually who I AM — or is it something I've experienced or repeated for a long time?

Because there's a huge difference between:

“I'm bad with money.”

and:

“I've struggled with money before.”

One turns the experience into a description of YOU.

The other acknowledges what's happened without deciding it has to be who you remain.

And then we can create a little movement:

“I've struggled with money before, and I'm learning to manage it differently.”

“I've overspent before, and I'm becoming more aware of what I do with my money.”

“I've held myself back before, and I'm learning to recognise when I'm doing it.”

Notice that none of those statements pretend everything is magically fixed.

They're believable.

And that's important.

Because I don't want you trying to bully your subconscious into accepting some enormous new identity overnight.

I want you to start noticing the old one you've been reinforcing without even realising it.

That's your experiment.

24 hours.

Listen.

Catch it.

Change the description.

And then come back and tell me what you noticed.

I have a feeling some of you are going to be horrified by how often you hear yourselves doing it. 😂

And if this makes you realise you've been carrying the same story about yourself — particularly around money, success or what you're capable of — for years, DM me LANGUAGE.

We can explore those patterns and work on them together in a 1:1 session. 💚

Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.

20/08/2026

If £10,000 landed in your account tomorrow, what would you actually DO with it?
Because I don't think:
“I want £10,000”
is really the dream.
The number represents something.
Maybe your £10,000 looks like:
£2,000 — emergency fund.
£3,000 — house deposit.
£1,500 — the holiday you've been talking about for three years.
£3,000 — business, investing or clearing something you owe.
£500 — something completely frivolous and fabulous because not every penny has to demonstrate excellent financial maturity. 😂
Now look at what that £10,000 actually represents.
Security.
A home.
Experiences.
Growth.
Freedom.
Choice.
Enjoyment.
That's the bit I want you thinking about.
We talk so much about wanting “more money.”
But what would more money actually allow you to create in your LIFE?
What would you stop worrying about?
What would you finally do?
Where would you go?
What would you experience?
What would you buy?
What could you invest in?
What choices would suddenly become available?
How would it feel to know you had money behind you?
Because we're not chasing numbers simply because bigger numbers look impressive in a bank account.
We're connecting money to the life you actually want to live.
So here's your little exercise:
Choose your number.
£5k.
£10k.
£50k.
£100k.
Whatever genuinely excites you.
Then give that money a purpose.
Some of it can create security.
Some can create your future.
Some can create opportunities.
And some can simply make your life more bloody enjoyable. 😂
Now tell me in the comments: if £10,000 landed in your account tomorrow, what's the FIRST thing you'd do with it?
And if you know you want more money but something stops you from even allowing yourself to imagine having it, keeping it or creating the life you'd really want with it, DM me MONEY.
That's exactly the kind of money belief work we can explore together in a 1:1 session. 💚
Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.
