It's with a heavy heart that I have decided to cancel kickboxing in D12 Carmarthen for the foreseeable future. Apologies to everyone that is in the class , if anyone is looking to carry on training then cfk Carmarthen Freestyle-kickboxing is only a short distance away . Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone that has supported me the last 5 years and hopefully see you all again at some point. ❤️

So proud of Scott Payne for the win last night in his debut at warehouse gym Swansea . What a night it was , so well organized and some really great fights . As most know Scott has put everything in to this , he lost 16 kilos and weighed in 1 and a half kilos under while his opponent weighed in two kilos over. Always puts 100% in to every session and he has made me so proud on many occasions in and outside the ring. Hopefully get some more match ups for the next one in September.
Also big thank you to WKO in port Talbot that have given Scott some great sparring sessions to prep for this event. Thank you to everyone involved 👍💪
