🎉 Happy 3rd Birthday, CYG! 🎉

A huge thank you to all our past and present members. Without your support, we wouldn't be where we are today.

Over the last 3 years we've grown year on year, expanded our equipment range, grown our bootcamps, hosted some amazing grassroots Strongman & Strongwoman competitions, and done our best to give back to our local community.

What makes CYG truly special, however, isn't the equipment, the events, or the achievements, it's the people. The community we've built together is something we're incredibly proud of.
Watching friendships form, seeing members encourage one another through challenges, celebrating personal victories both big and small, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome has been the most rewarding part of this journey.

We’re taking a short break and will be away for a couple of weeks.

BUT DON’T WORRY, YOUR TRAINING DOESN’T STOP 💪

✅ Gym remains OPEN 24/7
✅ Access available to all existing members
❌ No staffed hours during this period however we do have people keeping an eye on the place for us

Please train safely and respect the space while we’re away.
