Just realised my caption never went up on my post last night!!!!.......

I have now switched to block bookings only starting with tomorrows class so the pay as you go options won't be available at the moment, just something i'm trialling out to help keep my wee community class running 💙 Hope you all understand and thank you as always for supporting my small business, any questions please get in touch 😊

🌻 We see the bright, tall sunflowers, but we often forget the silent, patient work that goes on below the surface. A fitness journey is no different. You see the results, but not the early mornings, the tough workouts, and the small wins that lead up to them.🌻

The Lesson of the Sunflower:
🌻 Patience: Just as a sunflower doesn't bloom overnight, neither do we. Be patient with yourself and your body.
🌻 Consistency: Keep showing up, keep nourishing yourself, and trust the process.
🌻 The Unseen Work: The most significant changes happen during the days when it feels like nothing is changing. Keep pushing, keep believing.

So this is your gentle reminder that your fitness journey is a bloom in progress. Some days are sunny, and some are cloudy, but with every step, you're growing stronger and reaching for the sun.

A Birthday 🎂 a Wedding 👰🤵‍♂ and a Book 📖

Last weekend was so full on I've only just recovered 😂 I had the pleasure of celebrating another year of life as I turned 36 with my nearest and dearest on Friday 🥳 my big brother finally tied the knot on Saturday and I was so grateful to not only be able to attend given my recent hurdles but also be well enough to enjoy the full day 🥂 and on Sunday I eventually finished the Goblet of Fire, something that I have been put off doing since it was released in 2000 because it was so blooming big 😂 I got there eventually and now it doesn't even seem that big of book 🔥

Not my normal kinda post but thought I would share anyway 😁
