Emma started with Mikey a year prior to this facility opening. A mother looking for change, a mother wanting to feel better, and more comfortable!

Emma’s progress has been incredible from where she started, wasn’t always as confident as she is today! Habits & discipline has allowed her to build that confidence in her own body & skin.

We wanted to let everyone know that our Kids Sessions will be taking a short break for the time being.

As many of you know, we have lots of exciting things happening behind the scenes at Train to Thrive, and we're currently working on revamping and improving parts of the gym to make it even better for all of our members.

This isn't goodbye the Kids Sessions will be back! 💪

We're using this time to review, improve and plan the next stage of the gym we will have alot of building work going on, and we'll keep everyone updated with any news along the way.

Thank you to all of the parents and children who have supported the sessions so far. We can't wait to bring them back bigger and better in the future.

Another Saturday, another incredible Shania Blast! 🔥

The energy this morning was unreal. A packed session full of hard-working members all pushing themselves outside their comfort zones and giving 100% from start to finish.

What’s been brilliant to see recently is the number of new faces coming through the doors. Seeing so many people take that first step and immediately become part of the Train to Thrive community is exactly what it’s all about.

Whether you’ve been with us for over a year or you’ve only just started, everyone gets the same support, encouragement and coaching to help them become the best version of themselves.

The atmosphere in the gym right now is something special. The classes are busy, the members are thriving, our coaches are working incredibly hard, and we’re constantly reinvesting back into the gym to make the experience even better.

Sometimes it’s not about where you’re going… it’s about remembering how far you’ve come.

From hating burpees and struggling to get through just a few… to becoming the gym’s burpee queen 👑💪

Karen’s transformation is out of this world and it’s all down to her hard work and determination 💥

Karen is the definition of consistency, resilience, and quiet determination. An incredible mum, wife, and business owner, her life is BUSY but she still shows up for herself every single day.

Most mornings you’ll find her here at 6am, putting in the work and when she can’t make a session she still comes in on her own and gets it done.

Karen has truly become part of the structure of our gym. If she wasn’t in one morning we would all be very worried. That’s how much of a constant she is here.

Our gym simply would not be the same without this incredible person in it.

She’s not just transforming herself she’s become a role model with her kids now taking part in sessions too. That’s how you create a legacy of strength 🖤
