Watchtree Wheelers We get people on bikes. Young, old, able bodied, of impaired mobility, cognition or vision. We also offer bike repair and servicing. Want to know more?

Based at Watchtree Nature Reserve between Wigton and Carlisle, the Watchtree Wheelers Cycle Centre is a small organisation with huge ambition. Starting off our focus was to get those with disabilities riding, and it still is, but we now also offer hire, training and advice to everybody wishing to ride. As specialists in adaptive cycling, we can get you riding no matter what with our fleet of 50+ c

ycles all available to hire. We teach anyone to ride, no matter their age or ability, and with our 3 miles of traffic free cycle track there's plenty of room to do so. We fix and maintain our own adapted cycles, chances are we could fix yours too! Happy World Bicycle Day! 🌍🚲

​Today is all about celebrating the simple joy of being on two wheels—or three, or four!

At Watchtree Nature Reserve, this day sits right at the heart of everything we do.
​Our incredible Watchtree Wheelers team lives and breathes a simple ethos: Wheels for All.

​We passionately believe that absolutely everyone should have the chance to experience the freedom, fresh air, and fun of cycling.

That is why we have built a diverse fleet of specialist bikes designed for all ages and all abilities. Whether you need a standard bicycle, a trike, a handcycle, a wheelchair-accessible bike, or a side-by-side tandem, we have a set of wheels with your name on it.

​No walls, no barriers, and no limitations will stop our team from helping you get out on the trails and into nature.

A massive thank you to our brilliant Wheelers staff and volunteers who make the track accessible, safe, and welcoming for every single visitor, every single day.

Hand built frame from Arthur Caygill of North Yorkshire adorned with some lovely parts!

This bike has been loved and you can really tell. Beautifully put together!

Just been serviced and fitted with new chain, brake pads and cables where needed.

Shimano Sora drivetrain, Tektra Lyra mechanic disc brakes with drop bar and flat bar in-line levers, mavic wheels and Shwalbe tyrago 700 x 35c tyres.

Mudguards and bottle cage included.
