Structuring your week in the gym can be one of the biggest challenges you face as a semi-pro footballer.
You can run the risk of not being able to move come gameday OR it gets sacked off completely which down the track certainly won’t help with your performance or help mitigate the risk of injury.
Here is an example of a structure I’d use if you TRAIN TWICE A WEEK and PLAY ONCE.
The individuals I work with online have their week tailored to their schedules and these are adapted in line with any last minute changes or when match minutes are on the lower side.
