First class was great, lots of basics covered! If it's something you're interested in, pop along mondays 7.30-9pm. First month free!

Amazing turn out for our first mma session last night, thanks to everyone that joined us and created a buzz.
Charlie and Jack had a great time taking you all through the basics and general movement. Loads more to come in the next few weeks, plus maybe a touch of some sparring.

For anyone interested in giving it a try, just drop us a message and come along. Suitable for absolute beginners through to advanced - first month free!
