A-lot of my clients struggle to get their protein in. Aim for 25-30g at each meal. Prioritise protein first and build your meal around that.

REALITY!!!
I have had so many lovely comments lately from people about my back and I just wanted to show the reality of how long it has actually taken me to get it to the condition it’s in now. It takes years of graft, doing the same workouts over and over, eating adequate amounts of protein and having patience and consistency to keep going.
If you are working on yourself, start where you are , be consistent and don’t give up !
I also have an amazing coach I haven’t achieved this on my own, if you can get expert help then do, my only regret is not starting with my coach earlier 🙏🏻
