“I’m in a calorie deficit but I’m not losing weight” 🤔

My answer to that is, no you’re not! If your calorie output is higher than your input, this will result in weight loss. Are you keeping track of the following?

☕️Drinks- you’ll be surprised how many calories there is in a latte, especially if you add sugar!

🫗sauces- You need to consider how much sauce you add to your meals such as mayonise. This could be increasing your calorie input.

🍛weight- If you just guess the quantity of a food, you could be consuming more calories than you think. Your portion of rice for example, could be way more calories than you’ve guessed.
