CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE SHOP?

We're still open Monday to Friday between 10am and 12 midday but if you can't make it to our shop, in Wigton, your other option for getting us to wash/mend your rugs is to take them to:

Newton Rigg Equestrian Centre, Penrith
Carrs Billington, Penrith
Tynedale Farm Services, Wigton or
Tynedale Farm Services , Holmrook.

Please make sure the items are bagged and that they are labelled with your name, contact details, description of the item and details of what you want done.

BUCKET THINKING

It was on our bucket list to cheer up our customers and followers.

Well, this has certainly galvanized people into action. Compared with some of the stupidity going on in the world this light-hearted story pails into insignificance. It's fun and hasn't been a drain on our resources.

Coming to terms with our loss has been difficult and we needed to get a handle on this. We were going to write a lot more on each day but decided to water it down. After we've mopped our eyes and soaked up your comments we need to remember that the new bucket will give us a chance to make a clean sweep.

Money for the new bucket came out of our liquid assets.

We hope that the old bucket will rust in peace.

Pleasingly, the new bucket seems to be settling in well, having bonded with the mop and has realised that the future is bright and that water is on tap.

If you're struggling with all this........just go with the flow.

We haven't given our new arrival a name yet. Any suggestions?

OLD BUCKET, R.I.P.

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the end of life of our old galvansied bucket. It served us well over the years but now the bottom is beginning to drop out of its little world.

It's very sad. Its accompanying mop is devastated at losing its lifelong friend but we hope that the new bucket will help cheer things up.

Eden Rug Wash have said that the old bucket's final farewell will be a private affair. No flowers please.
