The total height of Mount Everest is 29,039ft…over December a group of us from the gym have decided to take on the challenge of stepping the height of the mountain using a 20inch box!! This works out as 17,421 step ups, or 580.7 per day (if we give ourselves Christmas Day off!!)

The charity we are supporting is Carlisle Eden Mind, who provides mental health support in Carlisle and Eden districts.
