We're excited to announce that four new *Comets* football sessions are now available across Carlisle for disabled children aged 5-11 🚀

Comets is a fun, inclusive and flexible football programme where children can enjoy football, make new friends, develop confidence and, most importantly, _just be themselves_. No previous football experience is necessary, and all abilities are welcome.

Comets is a recreational, pan-disability football programme for disabled children aged between five and 11. Pan-disability is the largest format of disability football, bringing together players with a broad range of impairments and health conditions to play together.
The sessions offer a flexible and inclusive way of playing football, with a focus on playfulness, friendships and having fun.
More than anything, Comets is football that breaks the old rules and replaces them with a brand new one: JUST BE YOU.⚫️🔴⚽️

⚫🔴⚽🏆 Dalston Junior Black Reds U14 Girls are Recruiting! ⚫🔴⚽🐓

Following a fantastic season, including winning the Carlisle Glass Longhorn Youth Football League, we're looking to add a couple of new players to our friendly and ambitious squad.
