One of the great things about aerial hoop is that you don't need to be exceptionally strong to start. Most beginners develop the necessary upper-body and core strength through regular practice!
We have hoop on Mondays & Thursdays along side our new children's class starting September! We can offer 121 & group private lessons for all ages too! 🙌

When people say I make everything everything look easy! Behind the scenes, it has taken years or practice and persistence! Yet I do mess up a lot when I train myself, all part of the experience to keep going and pushing through! Making me become a stronger dancer and teacher.

I have done pole for over 10 years and I still have my days where movements I have found easy won't happen! And that is absolutely okay!

We normalise our bodies have their moments, but knowing you still got up and still trained is the the most important part 🙌

I started pole with no background in dance or any experience. My only fitness was attending a couple of spin classes a week! I thought I wouldn't be strong enough but the truth is you build it as you attend each week 💪
