After such a beautiful evening at our first Gath-HER, (Nourish), The Stag Inn, Low Crosby our next issue is focused on giving ourselves a little room to just.... Breathe.
We'll start the evening with a little easy, accessible meditation – nothing complicated or intimidating, just a few minutes to arrive, switch off from the day and set the tone for our Breathe issue.
Then we'll dip into a few mini-topics throughout the evening before our main feature....
THE MENOPAUSE EDIT with Helen Arthur of Ask Helen
Have you ever walked into a room and forgotten why you’re there?
Lost a familiar word halfway through a sentence?
Opened the fridge and wondered what you were looking for?
Brain fog can be one of the most frustrating and unsettling experiences of perimenopause and menopause, particularly when it leaves you questioning your confidence and capability.
Join Emotional Wellness Coach Helen Arthur of Ask Helen for a warm, relatable and interactive conversation exploring what menopause-related brain fog can look like, why it happens and practical ways to support your brain.
There will be no tests, no pressure to share and absolutely no requirement to remember why you walked into the room.
Come along, enjoy a glass of w**e or a cup of tea/coffee and discover that you are most definitely not the only one wondering where you put your brain.
AND TO FINISH… CHAIR YOGA
We will then round off our evening with a chair yoga session – a gentle way to stretch, release a little tension and finish the evening feeling hopefully a bit more relaxed than when you arrived.
No Lycra required. No yoga experience necessary. And no need to be able to touch your toes!
There is no requirement to book but please let either Sarah at the Stag Inn or myself know if you are hoping to come along, just so that we have a rough idea of numbers.
I hope to see you there ✨🤎
