Well 2025 has been unreal!

So many amazing additions, our gorgeous little Cooper was born, we gained Liv and Sophie at RWA! We also expanded the gym!

It’s been a busy year with so many amazing people, I can’t wait to have 2026 trump them all with us growing to RWA Gym!!

Here’s to another year with the most incredible clients! You have all been a pleasure to work with and watching you go through challenge and come out on top always inspires me! So proud I get to be the one to go through these journeys with you!

Rest, Recover and Rehab, that’s the journey we are on now!

2 weeks post C-section (now coming to 3 weeks) we have lost 11kg since my last pregnant weigh in. This is an accumulation of baby, placenta, fluid loss etc etc! The diet hasn’t and won’t be started yet, this is from feeding and recovery post surgery.

I wanted to give an honest picture of what recovery postpartum looks like. It easy to think I’ve had the baby my belly should be flat now but it’s not the case. Your uterus needs time to slowly work its way back to its normal size! So expect to look slightly pregnant for a while after!

This is one for all you mammas, give yourself some grace, your body needs the rest and recovery first and foremost. Then rehab is worked alongside before becoming a bigger priority!

I’m still learning how to be at peace with my body changing out of my control but slowly we will get there and start to feel more like myself as time goes on!

Happy to be proof of what is normal and not just putting out there a before and after without any middle bits! (Ps post partum underwear really is the peak of sexy 😂👙

Hope this helps anyone going through post partum and setting some realistic expectation where I can!
