Today I raw dogged my first ever Hybrid Games😂

No prep. No experience. No “I’ll do it when I’m ready.”
Someone needed covering, so I stepped in last minute.

We spend so much time waiting until we feel confident, capable or “ready” before we challenge ourselves.
But confidence doesn’t come before the challenge.
It comes because you did the thing anyway.

Was I nervous? Yes.
Was I out of my comfort zone? Absolutely.
Did I question why I’d agreed to it at various points? 100% 😂
But I finished it, and walked away knowing I was capable of more than I’d given myself credit for.

That’s why I love pushing outside your comfort zone.
The physical challenge is only half of it.
The real win is teaching yourself you can do hard things.
And that mindset carries far beyond the session. 🧠🔥

Thank you Liam Robinson for dragging me through the tough parts💪 sometimes you just need someone beside you who believes in you when you’re struggling to believe in yourself 💙
