A few photos from this week's matches, where we held a minute's silence before each fixture and wore black armbands to remember the inspirational Laura Wiedman, who we sadly lost recently.

The inspiring Laura made a huge impact on the club. She'll be hugely missed. Before kick-off we came together to pay tribute, and the lads played the rest of the night with her in mind.

Our thoughts are with our teammate Glen, their family and friends 💙

We have been spreading the word at Man V Fat Carlisle. The club usually has a busy waiting list but we currently have 6 places available for men whose BMI is 27.5 or over and want to be in an environment that encourages them to be healthier and have fun doing it. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you.
