Age is just in-fact a number!

Jayne and I have been working together over 1 year now and the changes and results for her speak a thousand words, not only has she managed to drastically transform her body to where it is right now but her strong mindset and confidence that is now booming out of her!

I am extremely proud of her and what she's managed to achieve and still to this day she's continuously putting everyone ahead of herself but she's also managing to keep on track with everything set even on those tough days that happen a lot of the time lately.

For her not giving up on this journey with everyone that's been thrown at her I am extremely proud of her.

Well done Jayne. Keep showing us all what can be achieved with the mindset of age is just a number!

Committed to the goal all while making the best cakes 🍰!

This is Love Treats

I am super proud to show the progress that Mandy has made since starting with me it has been an unbelievable journey for her from doing classes in the gym daily to only doing a couple per week and focusing on the gym floor now!

She decided to join into this photoshoot late because she needed her holiday out of the way and she still managed to look like this it just shows when you have a goal in sight, guidance and the right support in place anything can be achieved.

I believed that everything i put into place would be followed by her and she done that and more, still enjoying a weekends and the odd bag of nuts 🥜 her work ethic when in the gym and following the plan was on point!

Just over a week since the 2nd confidence shoot with an amazing bunch of clients between myself & Cheryl

One of the biggest questions asked since then is do I only coach online or do I offer face to face coaching?

The answer is simple, I coach both methods it completely comes down to what's best for you!

The next questions comes and is it do I have space right now?

Yes I do!

Currently have some availability for face to face it completely works down to your availability!

For the online coaching side yes I have spaces available right now starting from 4 week coaching blocks!

Age is just a number for this one amazing client .garden 🙌

16 months of working together she's still thriving and swearing each and every session,

Jayne has gone through a lot within the last year, I'm very grateful that she's trusted me throughout the year to help her progress some days were harder than others for her but being there to support her during the sessions.

The progress that Jayne has made since starting her journey is unbelievable, she did start with our own and then came to me for face to face coaching, so a lot of the credit goes to Cheryl for helping her start her journey! ⭐️

Jayne's second time doing the photoshoot and I can not wait to see the photos from to see how much we've progressed since last time!
