Race 2 in 3 days completed!

The Blaydon Race unbelievable event to be a part of for the second year in a row, both for me and

Went into this one thinking I wanted a sub 45 minutes because of the way Sundays race event went, managed to do this one with a time of 42.30 for the 9.4km nocking nearly 6 minutes of last years attempt. Buzzing. πŸ™ŒπŸ‘

Carley managing to nock 6 minutes of her last years event too, very proud of her it got tough but managed to pull her through after going back and finding her πŸ’™

What a day for a 10k PB!

thank you for putting in the event.

Today, everything just felt right, was thinking it was going to be an easy pace day today, however the people you surround yourself with will help push you to be 1% better.

Thank you to .23691 for the push to aim for a sub 50minute and then for challenging it to a sub 48 minute. βœ…

Massive shoutout to my man for smashing his 10k with a massive Pb too. Proud of you man. πŸ‘

Next race is in two days at the I wonder if we can aim for a sub 45 minute on this course as it's just shorter than the 10k.

Weekly round up ♻️

Another week in the bag another half term week completed!

This time around we had the weather for it!

From the morning runs before the heat to the afternoon running in the peak of it and then to a park run probably the warmest one to date!

Wholesome week making the best moments for the children and letting them just be free and wild πŸ˜‚

Training for the week!
- 4 training sessions completed βœ”οΈ
- 5 days running! Slowly increasing the mileage still. 45km+
- average steps per day 22k
- water intake daily 4 litres

Remember if you've had a s**t week or the week has derailed somewhere along the way for some reason, tomorrow (Monday) is the start to a new week so start the week strong and do what you need to do just to improve by 1%!

This was a hot topic!
Discipline and motivation came up this weekend on some of the notes about lacking motivation some days during the week!

This is what occurs as motivation comes and goes so much through the journey, you can see a video picture and be very wowed in this and feel motivated to go out and get it! However this can disappear just as quickly.

Discipline however is built up over time, built through building habits and going through the multiple motions of the journey that appears.

- Discipline will take you places that motivation can't take you!

- MOTIVATION gets you going but DISCIPLINE keeps you growing!

Last week I had messages and talks in the gym about what I currently have available! ⬇️

The last 6-8 weeks I haven't really advertised as much as I should have about what is available because of all the marathon training! This took a lot of time up and the remaining time I had each day/week was solely on family time and managing my current workload!

So what is my current availability?

I have spaces for right now for face to face coaching! Only a couple of morning slots and afternoon slots available, I book clients in weekly so it works around there currently work schedules.

Online coaching availability, I have spaces available for upcoming clients starting from just 6 weeks!
