At this point we’re convinced some of you are just trying to slowly furnish a second wardrobe at LD24. 🤦‍♂️

We’ve got:
🎧 Headphones
👕 Hoodies & tops
👖 Joggers
🧢 Hats
🥤 Water bottles
🕶️ Glasses
💍 Jewellery
🧦 Socks (we’re not asking questions…)

If you recognise anything, come and rescue it!

Anything left unclaimed by the end of the month will be donated to charity.

Don’t be the person who turns up in August asking, “Has anyone seen my favourite hoodie?”… because there’s a very good chance it’ll already have a new owner. 😅

FOUND: A HOME FOR YOUR GYM BITS & BOBS!

We’ve noticed some of you have been treating the space under the counter like a self-storage unit… 😏

So, we’ve made it official.

If you keep your own straps, cuffs, bands, lifting accessories or other gym essentials at LD24, please pop them in the equipment box under the counter instead of creating the world’s most confusing pile.

It’s not a locker, it’s not Narnia, and we definitely don’t know whose black straps belong to who. 😂

Help us keep the gym looking tidy and make it easier for everyone to find their stuff.

Thanks for keeping LD24 looking as strong as the people training in it. 🧡💪

The gym will remain open as normal, however some machines may be temporarily unavailable while work is being carried out.

For the safety and security of all members, please do not allow anyone else into the gym.

LD24 Fitness operates an electronic entry system via our app. Every member must enter using their own account so we can maintain accurate records of who is in the building at all times. This is essential for safety, security, and emergency situations such as a fire evacuation.

If someone is unable to access the gym, please do not let them in. Instead, ask them to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue.

Hi guys I know it's hot but can you please keep your tops on while in the gym. Not really any difference heat wise wearing a vest 👍
