FOSUP Adventure Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Surfing, Sunset Experiences, Coastal Tours & more I also previously coached children rugby as a WRU coach....which was awesome.

I am not a GB athlete, nor a podium place winner.......I've done a lot of physical things since a young age though was never clever enough to get a qualification in them!. I'm ex military, I've been personal trainer to the rich and famous, I used to run a lot, I've run across deserts, up mountains and driven many people up the wall. I ride bikes, swim, (yes I've ticked the Ironman box, no, i don't

have the tattoo) paddle, row and try to watch my diet (I love M&Ms though). I'm currently a WSA SUP + Safety & Rescue instructor and hold a Surf Llife Saving Association Wales NVBLQ (like the lifeguards on the beach) for which I'm also a probationary trainer assessor, I also hold other quals that i won't bore you with. I'm currently trying to find the time to line up my qualifications with my experience so that I can continue to grow into something I should have done years and years ago.....

I wish for this operation to be a low cost (and when plausible free) activity operation that helps people from all walks of life access activities (hopefully repeatedly) that they may not otherwise have been able to....through activity packages, events, skills sessions, hires and more. I'm also an on-call volunteer Coastguard Rescue Officer so I can tie some knots and throw you a line if needs be. My affinity for the ocean and all that's in it (apart from the p**p) has grown more and more over the years...having spent many years being afraid of it as I couldn't swim...I'm not bad now. Look forwards to seeing you on the beach ......

Powerful swells look fun….but care is advised. Similar wind to yesterday. Perhaps some good waves for body boards and surfing later today. Id suggest staying away from middle rock area in the water. Tides on its way out until 5pm

Gusting Offshore today…small pocket of protection from the headland but gusts will affect paddlers. Stay closer to shore and definitely inside the yellows in aberporth.
If you’re struggling in the wind on your board lay flat on it and use a front crawl stroke to get yourself to shore.

Off shore, SW. Funnelling down dog beach onto the sea. The further out you are…the more you’ll be pushed from shore. Novices stay inside the yellow buoys 👍🏽🙌🏽😎🌞
