Summer Solstice Women’s Circle

Join us for a relaxed and meaningful evening to celebrate the Summer Solstice and welcome the season ahead.
Together we’ll take time to pause, reflect on the year so far, and set intentions for the months ahead through guided journaling, conversation and connection.
This gentle gathering is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, meet like-minded women, and create space for what you’d like to invite into the rest of the year.

Your evening includes:

💗Guided reflection and intention-setting
💗Decorate your own affirmation jar to fill with positive reminders and intentions for the months ahead

Got to try a couple of different classes this week 💕

It should never be don’t do this or this is better than that.

The more types of fitness and movement we do, the better for our mental & physical health and aging bodies ✨

Never in my life did I think I’d enjoy standing in front of a room full of women giving me side eye, dirty looks and laughing at me like I’ve offended them.

Usually a;
‘I can’t do that’
‘Are you serious’
‘My legs/core/arms/body is shaking’
‘Count properly’ 😂😂

And then they do it anyway.

They push through, surprise themselves and realise they’re stronger than they think!

I love the looks because I know it’s followed by a confidence boost

The girls always take the layer they feel comfortable with and focus on form rather than how many.
(I can’t get my elbow to the ceiling because of my injury)
