Predominantly this page will tell you when and where i am covering spin in the Vale. I'd also like to encourage those of you that would like to attend a class but may feel its too daunting. Its really not, its awesome. I believe that with with the right support from me, you can get through your first class and come back for round two wanting more. I am more than happy to meet you before a spin cla

ss and run through everything with you. This gives you a chance to meet me, go through bike set-up and feel reassured. I'm also going to put up song, class ideas etc. I put together so many, its a waste for them not to be shared. I welcome any song ideas too!! so long as its not Little Richard... that's a definite no.
