A packed day is coming up this July as the North Gwent Open and North Gwent Dragon beginner event take place!

The 9th North Gwent Open will welcome participants in U13s to Seniors categories, while the North Gwent Dragon encourages beginner-level players to get involved in some competitive action!

The Junior Summer League 2026 starts soon!

The competition will take place between Sport Wales and Y Coleg Merthyr Tudful / The College Merthyr Tydfil in a five-week block, on the 20th and 27th July and the 10th, 17th and 24th August. All play goes from 10:00 to 13:00.

The Junior Summer League is a great opportunity for young players to accumulate match experience, with everyone playing multiple games each week.

It's been a month since the International Table Tennis Federation World Team Championships 2026 for our ladies!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

A fantastic time in London ended in very narrow defeat to Hong Kong in the knockouts following a blistering group stage, in which Anna Hursey, Charlotte Carey and Danielle Kelly beat all of their opponents.

3-0 victories over Nigeria and Uzbekistan were followed up with a dramatic 3-2 win over Australia, to seal a memorable event for Wales.

🚨On the back of our ladies putting Wales firmly on the global stage, we were proud to launch our Women and Girls Legacy Fund to enable community clubs to encourage female participation in table tennis in Wales.

Don't forget to learn more about this important initiative and apply for a grant before Friday 26 June!
