Masters Academy Cardiff is a full time self-defence and martial arts training centre in the heart of Cardiff. The academy offers a number of training programmes including Krav Maga for adults, Krav Maga for kids, Eskrima, Kickboxing, Self Defence Training and specialist programmes such as the No Lie Blade System for civilian and law enforcement / military sectors.

We are so excited to be re-starting our fantastic women's only self-defence classes in June. This fun, welcoming class will teach you realistic defensive techniques, improve your fitness and improve your confidence.
