This page has been getting plenty likes lately, out of the blue.
Just to let any and all know, we’re still running, still active and still taking beginners, old heads and anyone in between. Most of our social media updates and banter are shunted through our closed group so you’ve got to get involved, to get involved.

Rare biannual update but we’re been back hard at work for the past three weeks.
Due to the current situation we’re pushing everyone through a timed body weight, bag work & associated cardio session, three times a week.

Mon, Wed, Fri 7:15-8:15pm

Daytime and early evening 1-2-1 sessions are still available as standard.
