Hangar HPC aka Hangar Human Performance Centre is a Performance Gym with all the kit you need to get strong, fast, more explosive, more powerful - and be so much better at what you do. Large functional area, well-equipped weights room, and huge combat sports area with full-sized competition cage. The Hangar Human Performance Centre specialises in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and Combat Sports such as Freestyle Wrestling, BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing and also Olympic Weightlifting.

Whilst wrestlers from Wales were competing at the Windsor Open, 6 coaches were busy completing their Level 1 in Cardiff.

Thank you Faith Attwell for your continued support and for hosting the event at the home of Hangar Wrestling Club.
Also Trevor Hoskins, many thanks for making the journey and delivering the course.

The BeActive fund from Sport Wales made it possible for 2 coaches from newly affiliated Clwb Ffutuwwa to attend and the Welsh Wrestling Association is grateful for the contribution to the education of our coaches.
