Right guys as promised… all set and ready to go… training will start on Monday 5th of September, get your kids, nieces, nephews, grandkids involved… amazing for fitness and discipline!!
This has been my passion for a long time, I trained from the age of 10 and can’t wait to start sharing my knowledge!!

Hi all unfortunately we are having to cancel all classes untill further notice due to coronavirus and safety to all students . The grading will have to be put off untill further notice . We will keep you updated on classes resuming and date of grading once we get through this awful time we are all facing . Stay safe
