Ymunwch â ni ddydd Gwener 30 Hydref ar gyfer tair parti wedi'u teilwra i wahanol oedrannau, fel bod pob plentyn yn gallu mwynhau Calan Gaeaf ar lefel sy'n iawn iddyn nhw:
- 3.30yp–4.30yp: Plant dan 5 oed — gemau ysgafn, canu a gweithgareddau crefft addas i blant bach
- 5.00yp–6.00yp: Plant 5–8 oed — gweithgareddau hwyliog, disgo bach a gorsafoedd 'trc neu drît'
- 6.30yp–7.30yp: Plant dros 8 oed — gemau, cerddoriaeth a llawer o hwyl!

Get ready for a not-so-scary Halloween at Western Leisure Centre — a family-friendly afternoon of spooky fun, games and costume-filled smiles!

Join us on Friday 30 October for three age-specific parties so every child can enjoy Halloween at the right level of fright:
- 3.30pm–4.30pm: Under 5s — gentle games, sing-alongs and toddler-friendly crafts
- 5.00pm–6.00pm: Ages 5–8 — fun activities, mini-disco and trick-or-treat stations
- 6.30pm–7.30pm: Over 8s — games, music and fun!

🏆 CARDIFF’S FIRST CLUB GAMES🏆

What a fantastic day we had on Wednesday hosting Cardiff’s first ever Club Games at Llanishen Leisure Centre, welcoming over 100 people through the doors, with 84 competitors across four activities - badminton, pickleball, walking football and distance swimming!

There was plenty of competition and community spirit, so thank you to everyone who participated and to all the staff that helped organise and run the day. Everyone absolutely smashed it and we are already looking forward to making it bigger and better for 2027! 🎉🤩

🏆 GEMAU CLWB CYNTAF CAERDYDD 🏆

Am ddiwrnod gwych gawson ni ddydd Mercher yn cynnal Gemau Clwb cyntaf erioed Caerdydd yng Nghanolfan Hamdden Llanisien, gan groesawu dros 100 o bobl drwy’r drysau, gyda 84 o gystadleuwyr yn cymryd rhan mewn pedair gweithgaredd – badminton, pêl-rwyd (pickleball), pêl-droed cerdded a nofio pellter!

Roedd digonedd o gystadleuaeth ac ysbryd cymunedol, felly diolch yn fawr i bawb a gymerodd ran ac i’r holl staff a helpodd i drefnu a rhedeg y diwrnod.

Fe wnaeth pawb berfformio’n wych, ac rydyn ni eisoes yn edrych ymlaen at wneud y digwyddiad hyd yn oed yn fwy ac yn well yn 2027! 🎉🤩

Nid yw bron i hanner oedolion y DU (43 y cant) erioed wedi dysgu sut i berfformio CPR – a dyna pam rydym yn cefnogi ymgyrch Restart a Heart fis Hydref eleni. Ddydd Iau 16 Hydref, byddwn yn cynnwys rhai arddangosiadau CPR yn ystod ein gwersi nofio!
