This weekend Cardiff University Hockey Club were meant to be going on tour to Eindhoven but due to obvious reasons we are unfortunately unable to go.

However, as a club we’ve decided to attempt to run the distance we should have been travelling from the SU in Cathays to Eindhoven and back.... 1400km/868miles!!

We’re doing this to raise money for 2 amazing charities, Mind Cymru and Race Council Cymru. Mind are an incredible charity which aim to support people of all ages experiencing mental health problems. RCC do fantastic work to promote racial equality, art, heritage and cultural activities for all minority ethnicities across Wales.

We are aiming to raise £800 to split between the charities and would appreciate donations of any size as understand how difficult of a time it is financially for people at the moment!! Please see our just giving page to donate!!

We have set up a new and improved development team which will be training 4-5pm on Fridays at Talybont with their own dedicated coaches!! They'll be fun sessions giving you the opportunity to improve your skills and be apart of one of the uni's biggest sports clubs!!
