Cardiff Cheer One Team, One Family - CECA Central Explosion is Cardiff's best Cheerleading and Dance Programme for athletes aged 5 right up to adult. We also laugh - A LOT!

We provide several different classes each week in cheerleading, dance and tumbling and alongside having an excellent facility with full sprung floor, tumble runs, foam pit and trampolines we have a family orientated atmosphere with our main emphasis on having lots of fun whilst encouraging personal development. We strive to teach children and young people the importance of teamwork and being a who

le individual whilst helping them to develop a whole new range of cheerleading skills. Cheerleading is a combination of gymnastic tumbling, pyramid and stunts, acrobatic tosses, jumps and dance. It’s exciting and different and with competitions held all over the UK it’s a great way to keep fit and make lots of new friends. As coaches we aim to be extremely encouraging and approachable to all our cheerleaders and parents and have found that Cheerleading is great for children and young people who are shy or very outgoing, it really has something for everyone! It doesn't matter if you have no cheerleading experience or are returning to cheer after a long break - at Central Explosion we just want you to have FUN and be a part of our team. We are very lucky to have such a great group of girls and boys that welcome new members so warmly so please don't be scared! And just like that, we say goodbye to the greatest years of our lives. We want to take this moment to thank everyone who has supported CECA since we opened our doors back in 2012. We want to thank every athlete who’s ever taken to the floor with us or even just attended one of our classes or camps! We want to thank everyone who has ever coached or volunteered at our programme, especially to the woman who started it all and paved the way for so many of us - you’re simply the best! As we look back on the years at Central Explosion, it’s been filled with so many amazing memories and opportunities and just so much love and we hope you can all cherish these moments with us - we are so grateful for all of this! However with all that being said - as one door closes, another opens 🚪👀💁🏽‍♀️ everyone go and follow and get ready for the 😎🤩🙌🏼🖤

There’s just ONE more day to join in on our annual Summer Camp! Get involved and come along tomorrow (Friday) 10am-3pm for just £15 per athlete or if you know anyone aged 3-8 - they can come along between 10am-12:30pm for just £10 per athlete! We’ve had so much fun learning new skills and making new friends, we can’t wait to do it all one more time tomorrow!
