WE LOVE YOU SAZZLE and we’ll miss you while you’re off being a mum BUT we can’t wait to meet our new girl squad member 🥰 and also have you back when you’re ready to rumble again!

Sazzle is one of my day one TU members, who came to my very first class 😭 who very rarely misses a class and has always been so dedicated and the best cheerleader over all these years. SO HAPPY for you babes. BIG UP YOUR BAD MAMMA SELF!!!

Happy Monday ✨

Monday moves - challenge yourself to try something you’ve never tried before ❤️

Sewing is something I challenged myself to in April this year. AND this Welsh Bucket Hat is one I finished last week (modelled by my twerking Llama). I taught myself watching videos online and it took a fair few attempts to get my head around the machine etc BUT since I’ve made many a Bucket Hat and attempted a few other bits too. I’m still learning but I feel like I’m going to be sewing 4LYF now 💯. I LOVE the feeling of progression. It’s good a feeling, right?!

Another bonus is I get to give whatever I make away and brighten someone’s day, making it an all round winner really and truly 🙃

Appreciation Post ❤️

Throwback Thursday from 2019 - last night.

I’d just like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has come to my classes and supported me through out the 4 years I’ve been an instructor. From Cardiff to Bath, to Portland, to Weymouth…I’m really grateful for you all!!

It’s been a challenging few years, and I’ve had to do some major soul searching this year. Thankfully I can now say I’ve come out the other end wiser, less naive (I hope haha) and I’ve got a fiercer fire in my belly than ever - focused on all the amazing people I’m lucky to have in my life.

SO…I want to say a special thank you to , , , , & Olives as you’ve all literally been coming to my classes from day dot (2019). You stuck with me through Covid and came to my zooms. And now I’m back in Cardiff you’re still dancing by my side ❤️🥰 you’re the best!

A big thank you to my Turn’d Up Portland ladies and Tweens (who I miss so much) for supporting me when I packed up my life and came back to the Rock for that period ❤️. Appreciate you girls and I really hope we can get Turn’d Up again soon

And again, thank you to everyone who’s ever come along AND of course to all the amazing and inspiring TU instructors we have - such a solid support network and we’re so lucky to be a part of it!

Last but certainly not least, not forgetting Sheeks. You’re always pushing me and encouraging me to be the best version of myself. You’ve changed so many life’s, mine being one of them and you’re like a sister to me ❤️
