Getting some steps in before work.
If you have a sedentary job like me, there are still many things you can do to get your steps in.
⚪️ Go for a walk before work or/and at lunch
⚫️ Anytime you get a call, stand up and walk around the house
⚪️ Put a reminder on your calendar to get up (and maybe get a glass of water too)
⚫️ Split the housework and do it in different segments throughout the day
It doesn’t take long to hit the minimum amount required to get the health benefits.
