Level 50

The love shown by so many of you over the last 7 days has blown my mind.

Obvs now I'm a little more experienced in life than I was a week ago I've mused on some things.

Things I've learned and applied to my life. Sometimes I can be deep mostly I'm just goofy and surface level as it's my non confident default.

As dad's, as parents, the best we can do for our offspring is to be there. Giving and receiving love to them and from them.

****Live Long For your Kids****

Men, fathers, dads. Your kids don't need things. Superfluous s**t. Toys. IPads. Things that take their attention. They want you. Your attention. Make sure you give it to them. It costs you nothing.

It's everything to your kids.
It's what they remember.
Your time.
Your presence.

I totally remember that time when I completed level 40 on such and such a game....Said no kid ever when asked about their childhood. Make your time their time.

****Trigger Warning****

A few months back I was in a dark place. Mentally. That put me in a dark place physically.

My weight dropped by 10kg from 93kg to 83kg. I was depressed. I felt alone. I wasn't handling life too well.

I put some things in place to help me get back on track. I spoke with those closest to me. I spoke with friends. I allowed them in. In took tone away from the things that were weighing me down. I took some space for myself.

I had the best support.

Now. I'm back. I feel better than ever. I like who I am again. I feel as though I needed the darkness to appreciate the light. And the light is fu***ng bright man. BRIGHT.

Thanks to all that allowed me to open up. That listened without judgement. Without an opinion. That is what I needed. To be heard.

****EVOLUTION****

This is the first post I've written about the training on Willow.

It's also one of the best transformations as we had an entire evolution over the course of the shoot.

gave everything for this. In our initial discussions we talked about the evolution of the character. What he should look and feel like through every bit of his story.

The outcome spoke for itself.

***10 Week Transformation Project***

I'm so proud of this group. We're coming into our last couple of weeks. The changes in their bodies, nutrition and mindset has been unreal. The way they have bonded as a group is nothing short of joyful. I cannot wait to see the before and after pics.

I'm not gonna lie if it wasn't for them returning for season 2 in January I'd be gutted.

I'm opening the doors for 2 new groups of 4 women in December to start in January. It's a first come first served basis.
3 days per week 3 home workouts that require no equipment, nutrition guidance and accountability. DM for details.

****Gallowglass - The Programme****

A while back I worked with a great man to get him in shape for a screen role that required him to look Imposing, Fit amd generally shredded.

I'm releasing that as a stand alone programme. It's 12 weeks if you're an intermediate or advanced gym user or 15 weeks if you're new to this.

I'll be including all of the gym work and nutrition work that we undertook, but it'll be tailored to you.
