Weekly SUP & Fitness group with beginner to advanced level tuition. Held at a variety of designations in and around Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Every Thursday is SUP Club night

Week night paddles at various locations inland or coastal. Mini Overnight weekend adventures to West Wales, Wye Valley...well anywhere we can find with Water really :)
