Her fast moving high energy children's sessions allow students to let off steam, develop their social and motor skills as well as encouraging self expression. She is passionate in her belief that children learn best when having fun, believing they are so absorbed in what they are doing they don’t realise they are learning. Sensei Emma’s classes help to build self worth by giving a child a sense of

his or her own abilities and to feel good about themselves by using her monthly patch reward systems.

No class tomorrow ( bank holiday ) but normal timetable starts as of this Tuesday and yes I did queue up with all the kids at the museum for this pic 🤭

Gym done I think so much during my rest times 🤣👍🏼 anyone else ? anyhow … If your child seems unhappy or grumpy about coming back to class this is totally NORMAL! When they have been away for long periods of time it’s natural to feel unsure about coming back but they will adapt 😃

We will get them back in the groove ASAP and loving class like they were before

We’ll reinforce everything too as we always have:👊

Confidence. Focus. Respect. Fitness. FUN FUN

Not to mention it’s an EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY to teach them NEVER TO QUIT and PERSEVERE on their GOALS
