With water in the rivers and adventure in the air we have Paddleboard (SUP) & Kayak courses to tickle everyone's fancy this holiday season.

Paddleboard 🏄 - We have Introductory and more advanced SUP development river courses running with the aim of equipping paddlers with the Safety, Skills, Tactics and Techniques needed for thriving in a moving water environment.

Kayak 🚣 - We are running courses for beginners all the way to those looking to charge those harder Grade 3 - 4 rapids, combining our expertise and experience to equip you with the knowledge and experience to achieve your paddling goals.

An amazing few days last week on our Expedition Guide training course.
It was an amazing few days under the expert tutalidge of & covering all aspects of guiding multiday SUP expeditions on Rivers, Lakes, Lochs and Sea.
We were super lucky to be joined by an amazing bunch that made for one brilliant course!
Also thanks to .scotland for the hospitality, if you find yourself on the West Coast in need of some too notch accommodation or just a pint by the fire and some amazing food this is the place for you!

After a few days onland we were back in/on the water swimming the Menai Straights

It was an amazing adventure swimming under both Menai bridges through whirlpools and tidal rapids.

We reached a top speed of 13mph during the 2miles swim section before finishing the last 2 miles on the paddleboard we were towing with our safety equipment.
