Yes, the room is packed.
Yes, we came VERY close to hitting our 60-person class capacity again.

But that's not really what I want you to notice.

Look at the faces.
The laughing.
The smiling.
The people completely caught up in the moment.
The friendships.
The dancing.
The feeling that, for a few hours, the rest of the week simply doesn't matter.

THAT is Latin Revolution. ❤️

Last Thursday was another 50+ person night, followed by a brilliant crowd staying on to dance socially till late. We eventually finished at 12.30am!

And this Thursday… we get to do it all over again. 🔥

🌊 𝗔 𝗦𝗘𝗔 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗦… 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥. ❤️
(most of the guys are at the other end! lol).

Around 𝟲𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. One room. And a whole lot of smiles. 💃🕺

This was one of our class nights last week — and THIS is what we love most about Salsa.

People arrive after a long day at work…
Some come with friends. Some with partners.
𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻.

Then the music starts.

People dance. They laugh. They forget about everything else for a couple of hours. New friendships start. Confidence grows. And suddenly, a normal weekday night becomes 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸. ❤️

Every single one asking the same thing: "When's the next one?"

I'm truly humbled and flattered that they are missed by so many.

For the few who weren't there — these nights would pull 150+ people from all over the South West into Cardiff for one unforgettable Saturday night with top guest teachers, DJ's & SBK dancing till late.

Apologies to all its been so long - venue dates became increasingly difficult, as did suitable alternatives, (you try finding somewhere central with a great floor, air con, sound, and that can hold at least 150 to 200 people, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg lol - we are very much a victim of our own success) and life got a little busy. (Have you seen our Latin Revolution nights in Cardiff on a Thurs!).

So here's the news: they're coming back this Autumn. 🍂

Last week like every week, this was our Cardiff & Cowbridge Salsa classes.

𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵.

Everyone's away. Half of Cardiff is in a departure lounge. The other half is pretending to enjoy a beach in Barry. ;-)

So we braced ourselves for a few less busy nights.

Monday through Thursday, every room was pretty full. Check out the pics from last week. 👇

Here's the thing nobody mentions about August: it's when the diary finally goes quiet. No "we should catch up properly soon" that never actually happens.

Which is usually the exact moment you notice how long it's been since you laughed properly with a room full of people.

That's what these photos are. Not a performance. Not a competition. Just an evening on a weeknight where nobody checked their phone once.
