We are a volleyball club, formed in 2009, with a view to becoming a performance focused women's volleyball club in Cardiff. On our first season (2009/10) we did just that by becoming Cardiff Open 2009 Champions, South West League winners, National Shield Runners Up and Regional Champions Trophy Winners. On our second (2010/2011) and third (2011/2012) seasons, we repeated the success and were promo
ted from the National League's Division 3 to Division 1. Due to forming a new club, we had to work hard from scratch, so in 2013 we made it to NVL's top division - Super 8! Unfortunately we didn't hold our ground in 2016, so we are currently fighting to get back into the top division - currently named Super League. Finally, in September 2013, we embarked in a new adventure: forming a junior development team. We adopted the same values and philosophy as the adult team: we thrive for achievement, we're committed, we play together as a team and we have loads of fun doing so. However, our sessions are adjusted to the age and level of the junior players. We're always looking for new players to join our club! The juniors (up to 18 years old) welcome any beginner or experienced players. In the adult team, although we're mainly experienced players, we are able to cater for beginners with potential.
