When I start feeling like I’m slipping...
These are the words I come back to.

The days when life feels busy.
The days when my confidence disappears.
The days when I convince myself that skipping one workout, one walk or one habit doesn’t matter.

That’s when I need something to come back to.

A thought.
A standard.
A reminder of who I am and who I’m trying to become.

Because I genuinely don’t think most women need another meal plan.

Or a better workout.

Or more information.

I think we need something to hold onto when progress feels slow and we feel like we’re losing our way.

These are the 5 reminders I come back to again and again.

Not because they’re motivational.

Because they’re true.

I think one of the most underrated skills in fat loss is learning how to hold your nerve.

Not when things are going well.

When they aren’t.

When you’ve been tracking your calories for 2 weeks and your clothes fit exactly the same.

When the scale goes up after you’ve done everything “right”.

When you’re halfway through a workout and questioning why you’re even bothering.

When you’ve gone over your calories and you’re already planning to start again on Monday.

That’s the moment.

Because most people don’t quit because the plan doesn’t work.

They quit because they mistake a lack of immediate evidence for a lack of progress.

They panic.
They change everything.
Or they stop.

The people who get the result aren’t always the most motivated or the most disciplined.

They’re the ones who stay in the game long enough to see the result.

That’s what I call The (HYN) Hold Your Nerve Theory.

And honestly?

It might be the most important fat loss lesson I’ve ever learned.

But if you’ve spent the last few years…

* restarting every Monday
* stopping every time life gets busy
* losing motivation after a couple of weeks
* waiting to “feel ready”
* trying to hold yourself accountable and still falling off…

…then trying harder on your own probably isn’t the answer.

Not because women are lazy.

Not because they lack willpower.

But because consistency is actually a skill.

And most people have never been taught how to keep going when:

* motivation fades
* progress slows
* weekends happen
* holidays happen
* stress happens
* real life happens

This is what I do

Stop stressing over the numbers

One is me at 34.
One is me at 45.

Same body weight.

Very different body composition.

Very different habits.

A different relationship with food,
With training
and with myself.

This is your reminder

Your age is just a number.
And 
Your weight is just a number too.

Neither tells the full story.

Neither tells you….

your strength.
your fitness.
your confidence.
how your clothes fit.
how much energy you have.
how healthy you are.

And they definitely don’t show you what you’re capable of or what’s possible for you.

Somewhere along the way we’ve been taught to obsess over age and scale weight as if they’re the only measures that matter.

They’re not.

The goal isn’t to weigh what you weighed at 25.

The goal is to become the healthiest, strongest, fittest version of yourself at the age you are now.

Women don’t need another diet.

They need a way to stay consistent long enough for the boring stuff to work.

They need the right environment that helps them pursue their goals and reach their potential

That’s exactly why I created my group program OnTrack in 8.
