LET'S DANCE! Join Lucy from tomorrow and every Thursday for her high-energy DANCE FIT class 8-9pm. If you missed the taster session at our launch, you're in for a real treat. All choreography is easy to follow, with up-to-date chart music and some old classics thrown in.

After professional dance training, Lucy decided to pursue her passion of teaching and set up her own dance school in North Wales, teaching ballet, musical theatre, tap and contemporary.
