What a weekend!

Huge done to all our gymnasts who headed up to Stoke this weekend to compete in National Excel & NDP Performance Grades Final representing the Welsh region 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🌟

Excel 2
Fantastic experience for Betsy who competed on Friday evening scoring 3rd Vault & 7th floor. Lots to take away from her first national finals ✨

Performance 1
Great job from Catrin and the rest of the Welsh region Team Champions 🥇🏆
With Catrin placing 2nd on Floor 🥈

Performance 2
Another great job from Evie who along with the Welsh region came away with Team 3rd 🥉

Performance 3
Finished the weekend with Darcie & the region becoming Team champions! 🥇🏆
And a fantastic 1st place on Beam 🥇

A special get well soon to Darcie C who was unable to compete after catching a sickness bug 🤒

Open to all ages, the perfect opportunity to burn off some energy and use the gymnastics apparatus all in your own time 🤸🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♀️

No need to book just turn up!

Parents will need to remain on sight for the duration as this session will not be led by a coach.
