Trevor Sturrock has spent three summers introducing Anglesey children to squash using portable rebound nets, which he calls "vertical trampolines". Balancing a ball on a racket, getting a bounce going, then a first proper hit. That is all it takes to start.
"I try to make it fun and remove any pressure. It doesn't matter if they drop the ball."
His sessions are part of Bwyd a Hwyl, Wales' Food and Fun programme, which keeps children fed, active and together over the summer holidays.
