What a weekend it’s been! Hosted by Pembroke Sharks, we were treated to some incredible rugby and an amazing atmosphere from start to finish.

Our mascot Thunderpaws 🐾 made the trip extra special, meeting everyone along the way 💙

A huge shoutout to Pembroke’s outside centre we chose her for our Player of the Match👏 She received her very own Storm Cloud teddy 🧸 and a pennant for her club — so well deserved!

The Sharks choose Lilly as their player of the match for simply being “outstanding” well done Lilly⚡️

In her first season she’s improving every week, and on tour she was hitting rucks hard and even secured a brilliant turnover. Amazing effort!

An absolute menace in defence, shutting everything down with relentless tackling and presence all over the pitch.

For bringing the entertainment with cartwheels on the pitch!

A tough, physical battle against Swansea Eagles in today’s friendly. With a few early injuries, it just wasn’t our day—but the effort and determination from the girls never dropped 💪

Forward of the Match: Carys
Carys was absolutely on fire from start to finish! Her defensive work was outstanding, putting in some huge tackles, and her support play was brilliant all game. A special shoutout as well for stepping up as captain when our skipper had to come off early—she took it all in her stride and led the team superbly. Amazing performance, well done Carys! 👏

Back of the Match: Seren
Seren has made fantastic progress over the past few weeks, and it really showed today. She was relentless at the breakdown with great counter-rucking and put in some excellent tackles too. Brilliant effort!
