Well, today is the day. The semi-final of NAMS has arrived and at 14:30 today we will kick off against Manchester medics. The game is at keyham sports ground for anyone who wants to come and watch, as always we will be grateful for the support. Come on the squirrels!!! 🐿🐿🐿🐿🐿🐿

Pure power from the forwards to get over the line against Birmingham Medics, in a confident quarterfinal performance. The Squirrels came away with a 15-7 win. Securing a spot in the semifinals against Manchester Medics.

This is a culmination of hard work and determination from every Squirrel. It’s an exciting time for the club.

A close end to our final group stage NAMS match against the Cardiff Medics, with the final score 14-14. A great effort from the boys after a physical game against good opposition. Much more in the tank for the rest of the season.

Good evening, I would like to ask you all to do a favour. A few years ago we lost a member of our team to sudden cardiac death. This could have possibly been prevented through screening and this is something that Tom’s family are keen to promote via the charity CRY (cardiac risk in the young). Go on to this link and use your 10 free votes for this cause so that if they win, cry4tom will receive support from Aviva to continue providing this free service to young people. It takes 2 minutes and we would really appreciate it.

Our son Tom was always helping people. A keen rugby player & sailor, carrying out heart screening for his friends and team mates locally would make him proud and ensures that he goes on helping people after his death. That makes us very proud and we know that he would want us to do this.

Less than a week before PEMRFC, take on The Royal Marines on the 6th of November. A big last push with The Squirrels having their final training session at Imperium Plymouth.

We look forward to seeing you all there at Plymouth Albion. Tickets are £5 on the door and all money goes towards the fantastic The Royal Marines Charity.

The squad is looking to build on an excellent performance in their last NAMS fixture, a 27-19 win against Bristol. On Saturday we face The Moose (SUHRFC) at Keyham Sports Ground, KO 2:30pm.

This is one to WATCH, as The Squirrels take on their toughest opponents of the season so far. It would be fantastic to see as many supporters cheering on the sideline for PEMRFC as possible.

NAMS has been heating up for the Squirrels. We started the campaign with a 27-19 victory over University of Bristol Medical School. A tough game in difficult conditions against solid opposition.

Well done to Sam Westerman for winning Man of the Match with this filthy Fijian offload.

Focus is now to run Southampton Medical School off the park and to face the Royal Marines on the 6th of November.

The lads have put in a huge shift every Wednesday leading up to our charity match against The Royal Marines on the 6th of November. It's for a great cause The Royal Marines Charity and we'd love to see as many of our fantastic supporters there as possible.

A huge thanks to Imperium Plymouth and specifically Ben Wadham for the excellent strength and conditioning sessions!

The squirrels are having an awesome start to the season with a so far unbeaten record of 4 out of 4 games! The last being a convincing win over Liskeard and Looe with a score of 71-17! We are aiming to continue this impressive streak with a win over Bristol Medical School team this weekend in our first NAMS game of the year. We won last year at home and hope to do the same at their ground!
